Ordering Information:
Orders may be placed on-line in our wholesale section, by email, or by phone/text. Online is preferred. Shipping charges will be added to your total purchase.

**Shipping may not show at time of order, I will send you a paypal invoice for the actual shipping charges after it is shipped out if it does not show. Failure to pay the invoice will result in legal action and termination of your account.

Payment:
Cadillac Ranch Creations will accept PayPal, POp Money, cash, money orders, checks, or credit cards as payment. Checks must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days before order is processed if paid by check. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.
Sale and Clearance Items:
Items on sale or clearance will not get the wholesale pricing since they are already marked down. If the computer does give the discount when the order is placed you will be billed for the sale or clearance price instead. Your items will not be shipped until this correct amount is paid.
Returns:
Refunds are not offered but will give store credit for returns. If you should find any defects in your order please contact us immediately. All returns must have a return authorization number from us first or will not be accepted. Returned items must be received within 7 days from date of receipt and in original condition. Custom orders you place, or an item that we ordered just for you, cannot be returned.
Show Policy:
Because we market and represent our own products through Trade Shows we ask you do not sell our products at any trade show we attend. Doing so would cause your account to be closed immediately. Please check our event calendar for show listings.
Facebook:
We do have items on Facebook that are not on our site, those can be purchased wholesale as well, the wholesale price is 25% off what the price shown is. Just message me the item # and price shown of what you'd like from there.
Guarantee:
We guarantee everything you purchase from Cadillac Ranch Creations to be free from defects in workmanship. We check your merchandise carefully before we ship it out. Please note that because of the natural and genuine materials we use there may be slight variations in colors, sizes of beads, patterns, or textures, possibly even small cracks or chips in some pieces. This is natural, not a defect, and will not be treated as damaged merchandise. Also sublimation items are not defects that's the way they are made.
In case of an item out of stock at time of order we will give you a refund for that amount. We do not offer anything on back order at this time but will email you when they do become available again.
Also, Please give credit where it is due. If ordering handmade items Please do not represent them as being made by you, they were made by Cadillac Ranch Creations, and if you are found to be trying to pass them off as your own you will be immediately terminated from the wholesale program and not allowed to purchase from us again.
