**Shipping may not show at time of order, I will send you a paypal invoice for the actual shipping charges after it is shipped out. Failure to pay the invoice will result in legal action and termination of your account. If shipping does show then the invoice will reflect or refund the difference.
Minimum Orders:
First time orders- $100.00 after that no minimum

1-2 weeks, longer if outside the US
Payment:
Cadillac Ranch Creations will accept PayPal, cash, money orders, checks, or credit cards as payment. Checks must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days before order is processed if paid by check. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks. Sorry no e-checks unless sent through paypal. Credit cards can be taken over the phone.
Returns:
Refunds are not offered but will give store credit for returns. All returns must have a return authorization number or will not be accepted. Returned items must be received within 7 days from date of receipt and in original condition. If you should find any defects in your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item. Custom orders or items I order especially for you cannot be returned.
Show Policy:
Because we market and represent our own products through Trade Shows we ask you do not sell our products at any trade show we attend. Doing so would cause your account to be closed immediately. Please check our event calendar for show listings.
Guarantee:
We guarantee everything you purchase from Cadillac Ranch Creations to be free from defects in workmanship. Please check your merchandise carefully. Please note that because of the natural and genuine materials we use there may be slight variations in colors, sizes of beads, patterns, or textures, possibly even small cracks or chips in some pieces. This is natural, not a defect, and will not be treated as damaged merchandise.
In case of an item out of stock at time of order we will replace it with another item of same value or give you a refund for that amount, your choice. We do not offer anything on back order at this time but will email you when they do become available again before they are posted on site so you have first choice.
Also, Please give credit where it is due. If ordering handmade items Please do not represent them as being made by you, they were made by Cadillac Ranch Creations, and if you are found to be trying to pass them off as your own you will be immediately terminated from the wholesale program.
