What is your return policy? TOP

First, you must contact us at cadillacranchcreations@yahoo.com  to request a return authorization number. This return authorization number must be on the outside of the package when you ship it back to us.

We offer returns only for defective merchandise. When we receive the defective item back, we will refund your purchase if paid through Paypal. Credit card orders cannot be refunded but will be given store credit for the amount of the item.

Defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days in the same form as it was mailed to you. All returns must be in original unlaundered condition with hang-tags still on them.

A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable, this is a common practice in the retail industry.

 All sales are final on special or custom orders and sale merchandise so please be sure to read our measurements and fittings instructions.
 
Refunds or exchanges are never given on belts since the length is clearly stated so Please measure yourself before ordering.

Wholesale policy for returns is different so if you purchased wholesale please see that policy instead.

Are all your products always available? TOP

 We strive hard to always have our website updated, but due to a high traffic volume and the busy times we are at shows with merchandise, sometimes we may be out of stock on some items.

Most of our items, we have in stock and ready to ship.

In case of an item out of stock at time of order we will replace it with another item of same value or give you a refund for that amount, your choice.

We do not offer anything on back order at this time but will email you when they do become available again before they are posted on site so you have first choice.

 Shipping is currently 2-3 weeks.

How safe is my personal information for orders and payment? TOP

We understand your concerns for on-line shopping security. We use  https://www.paypal.com/  to process all transactions through a secure server to protect both the buyer and the seller. All information used to process the order is secure and encrypted data, and is not stored by Cadillac Ranch Creations. We never see your private credit card number or  information. It simply goes through Paypal which is a very safe and encrypted server.
 ** The personal information you provide to us will be used solely by us. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information.**

How do I care for your boutique quality clothing? TOP

 Dryers are our worst enemies! Please wash all of our garments inside out to protect them and wash them in cold water . Lay them flat or hang to dry. Please do NOT put them in a dryer.  

What if my custom made jewelry breaks after I've worn it awhile? TOP

Because of the delicate nature of our handmade items they could be broken later, as with any jewelry can.
 
We can repair your item provided we have the same beads available, many times beads will be discontinued or we will not be able to get them anymore.
 
In case of something breaking please return as many beads as possible to us, along with the clasps, and everything else you have for it.
 
There will be a charge to fix your item and that will just depend on how much will have to be replaced.

What if my item doesn't fit? TOP

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that don't fit. All items that are to be worn clearly state the sizes or measurements.
Clothing that's fitted states fitted.
Please be sure of the size needed when ordering because we may not always have another size available.
Please measure yourself if needed for correct fittings.
There is an adult and a kids section, Please check both to see what size is appropriate if you are petite. 

How do your E-Parties work? TOP

An E-Party is a lot like a home party you would have except is strictly online and you can send it to anyone anywhere. People get a unique discount code they use that earns you credit. Best yet, the parties last an entire week! Plenty of time for you to earn free stuff and "Ranchhand Pay", that's money that you can use for stuff you want on the site!

First, I need you to set up a gift registry on the site showing me what you would like to have. This is what you are earning from the sales. When you are finished email me at cadillacranchcreations@yahoo.com in the subject line put "I want to E-Party", in the body of the email just tell me what name your registry is under and we can set up party dates. Please be sure your registry is marked public or I can't see it! 
 
I will then send you an email with your sales brackets and what you will win from your list if sales reach them. It's up to you if you want to share that info with everyone or not. Most people don't if anyone asks they encourage them to set up their own party to find out. The brackets start at $20 in sales and go from there.
 
I will then email you a special invitation to the E-Party. In it there will be a unique discount code that no one except your party people will have. This helps me see who gets the credit when sales start coming in. Your party will go for one full week to give people plenty of time to pass the invite along themselves and get their orders in.
 
The most important thing to do is include my email along with the invites you send out so I know you sent them and you can get your free hostess gift. Be sure and encourage those people to send it out to anyone they want and they send it out to their friends and so forth. Remember the more the email is passed out the more sales YOU get credit for. 
 
It's best to include me on all emails you send out, reminders, etc. The harder I see you working the better your hostess gift. All I ask is that you don't post this on a networking site, it's strictly through emails. You can email people on it just don't post as a comment or on a wall and include CRC in that email as well.
 
Your friends emails will NOT be used or sold by CRC for any purpose or added to any email lists. I just count them to see how many you sent it to because that determines your hostess gift.

Also if anyone of those email me and book an E-Party themself during your party that's another bonus for you! They must tell me they were invited to your party. There's no limit to what you can earn!

There's no costs to you and no minimum sales or contacts required. Even with no sales you still get a hostess gift for trying.
